At our bar you will discover unforgettable cocktails developed by our talented in-house team and featuring guest cocktails created for us by Toni Pescatori, head bartender at the infamous Nightjar, Chris Dennis and Mattia Perciballi. Watch as lions smoke before your eyes, suspended glasses defy the rules of everyday cocktail-art and flavours, well the flavours will leave you speechless. 

Our menu, developed by the extraordinary Michele Quarta, has been split into past, present and future and has been inspired by Asian culture and Buddhism philosophy.



Building on a decade of experience and success from our Oyster Talks restaurants in Hong Kong & Beijing, we source the finest ingredients from around the world, bringing them to London where they are transformed by the combined talents of our team.
